Holiday Design: Glittery Wreath

Hey guys and gals!

Today I have a holiday design for you that is super simple! Its as simple as the candy cane nail I showed you.

Today its a wreath, I love the look of wreaths when people have them on their doors or hanging in stores. I know where I work we have a giant (fake) wreath that has lights and bows on it and it looks so pretty.

So here is how to get your own wreath!

What you will need:
  • Base and top coat of your choice.
  • Forest/emerald green polish ( Jolly Holly
  • Green Glitter Striper (LA Colors)
  • Red glitter polish (Ruby Pumps)
  • Silver glitter striper or polish ( Kiss nail striper)
  • White creme polish (white on)
  • Dotting tool or toothpick

  1. Paint your nails with your base coat so your polish last longer and nails are protected. Let dry.
  2. Paint your nails with the white creme polish ( 1-2 coats) and let dry completely!
  3. Take your small dotting tool or toothpick and create a series of smaller circles into one bigger circle with the forest/emearald green polish. Let dry.
  4. Take your Green Glitter striper or polish and cover the forest/emerald green circle, so the green is very glittery. Let dry.
  5. Take your dotting tool or toothpick and create red dots on your wreath, then take your silver glitter striper and place dots in between the red dots on the wreath. Let dry.
  6. Use your top coat to seal it all in and protect it.
Okay thats all for this holiday post. I'll have another one to show you tomorrow!

Talk to you all soon!
